DAY 1 (Pick up from Airport & Transfer to Hotel)

DAY 2 (Visit North Goa: Fort Aguada, Church of Reis Magos & Splashdown Waterpark etc.)
  • After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for all day sightseeing of North Goa. Highlights are-

    • Fort Aguada which is a fine example of Portuguese construction & engineering marvel. This is the best preserved Portuguese fort in India. It is said that so well built and fiercely armed was this fort that it never fell into enemy hands. It also boasts of a secret passage which was used in the times of war and emergency.
    • Calangute Beach which is always a bit touristy and crowded. There are hotels, restaurants and bars all around the beach area.
    • Mai de Deus Church which is amongst the finest in the Gothic style & is attractively illuminated at night. It is the finest example of Neo-Gothic architecture in Goa. It houses the miraculous statue of Mae de Deus (Mother of God).
    • Church of Reis Magos. It was the first church to be built in the Bardez Taluka & possesses a multi-colored wood relief of the Magi. It is also one of only three places in Goa which celebrates the Epiphany (Feast of the Three Kings) with processions & re-enactments.
    • Splashdown Waterpark. It is the coolest water-theme park in Goa, Splashdown features five pools, an array of slides, flumes, and other exciting features. You will find some activity for all age groups, a few rides mild and some for people with a strong heart. Relive the fun child in you as you glide down the water slides
    • Coco Beach Rocky sea face overlooking Arabian sea and offering excellent views overlooking Miramar beach on the other side.

DAY 3 (Visit South Goa: Mangeshi Temple, Dona Paula, Colva Beach & Miramar Beach)

    • Colva beach which is the most popular beach in Goa, with pristine white sand, palm-lined, sun-drenched beaches. Colva, is well-known because of its night life culture, food, market & Indo-Portuguese Architecture.
    • Dona Paula is heritage monuments at old Goa dedicated to a famous Portuguese lady. Dona Paula was a woman of charity who had helped the poor villagers & worked a lot for their betterment. Hence after her death, the villagers decided to rename the neighborhood as Dona Paula to remember & respect her memories.
    • The Mangeshi temple is a beautiful temple built in the Goan Hindu style of architecture, with distinctive white towers. Elegant with a simple entrance, the temple has a prominent statue of the bull god Nandi that was ridden by Shiva.
    • Miramar Beach is located at Panjim, Goa’s capital on the banks of the river Mandovi. The word Miramar is derived from Portuguese word, which means ‘viewing the sea’. The beach is famous for its golden soft sand & palm trees. It is said that the sand of the beach looks brighter in moonlight. The two-km long beach is popular & locals and foreigners visit the beach in large numbers.

DAY 5 (Visit Mumbai: Gateway of India, Taj Hotel, Girgaon Chowpatty, Victoria Terminus)
  • After breakfast at the hotel, get ready for Mumbai city tour. Highlights are-

    • Gateway of India- It is an arch monument built during the 20th century in Bombay, India. The monument was erected to commemorate the landing of King George V and Queen Mary at Apollo Bunder on their visit to India in 1911.
    • Taj Mahal Hotel- When it opened in 1903, the Taj Mahal Hotel was the first in India to have electricity, American fans, German elevators, Turkish baths and English butlers. Later it also had the city’s first licensed bar, India’s first all-day restaurant and India’s first discotheque. It was built in the Indo-Saracenic style. It was the first hotel to introduce the country’s famous hospitality to the rest of the world.
    • Girgaon Chowpatty- It is one of the most famous beaches in Mumbai City, Maharastra.
    • Victoria Terminus- This is one of the finest functional Railway Station buildings of the world and is used by more than three million commuters daily. This property is an outstanding example of Victorian Gothic Architectural revival in India, blended with the themes derived from Indian Traditional Architecture.

DAY 6 (Dropped off at the Airport)

Immigration Related Information:

1. Necessary immigration documents such as NOC, GO, RT-PCR Report and Covid-19 Vaccine Certificate (Triple Dose) must be kept both in original and photocopy form (possibly multiple copies for safety).

2. Prior to traveling to any country (within 24-72 hours depending on the destination), it is the individual’s responsibility to fill out the Arrival and Registration Form on the website or mobile app. After completion, printout the acknowledgement letter (in PDF format) and retain it (multiple copies for safety). It is also capture a screenshot or picture on your mobile device as evidence.

3. Before returning to your home country at the conclusion of your trip (approximately 72 hours prior), you are required to fill out a Health Declaration Form Bangladesh. Printout the acknowledgement letter (in PDF format) and retain it with you or store it on your mobile device (if necessary).

4. In the event of an increase in government-imposed travel taxes, the additional
amount will be borne by the traveler as an increased tax burden.

Transport and Travel Related Information:

5. Travel dates are contingent upon the specified schedule and availability of flights/bus/trains/ships.

6. “CTB Tours” assumes no liability for any delays or cancellations of flights/bus/train/ship in any package tour.

7. If there is a delay in departing from the transport terminal (bus/train/ship/air), it must be immediately communicated to ‘CTB Tours’ authorities via email/text message/WhatsApp. If transportation is delayed at the destination (arrival terminal) due to pre-arranged time, in that case, the esteemed customer will have to arrange transportation to reach the destination at their respective hotel. ‘CTB Tours’ will not bear any additional cost for this. However, if the cause and time of the delay are known in advance, ‘CTB Tours’ will attempt to delay the receiving transport.

8. Embassy fees, border entry fees or tips and all other expenses including entry fees for sightseeing, travel taxes, etc., in the case of travel to India/Nepal/Bhutan by road, should be borne by the traveler.

9. ‘CTB Tours’ authorities are not responsible and cannot provide any assistance in case of loss of goods due to negligence from guest’s side.

10. Expenses for hospital/ambulance/medicine in the event of unexpected illness or accidents involving buses/trains/planes will be borne by the esteemed customer or their family. In the unfortunate event of untimely death, the customer’s family will have to bear all expenses and necessary arrangements to repatriate the deceased’s body to the country. For this purpose, two close or blood-related individuals from the traveler’s family must be nominated as guarantors to bear all these responsibilities.

11. ‘CTB Tours’ is not responsible for seat assignments, whether in the front or back, in relation to flight/bus/train/ship tickets.

12. When booking tickets for flights/buses/trains/ships with connections or alongside another mode of transport, please be responsible for knowing the transit time and exercise caution during the tour. Otherwise, ‘CTB Tours’ will not be liable for any cancellations/postponements/advancements of flights/buses/trains/ships/hotels and other scheduled facilities. In such cases, all affected services must be repurchased immediately at the current market price, with the customer bearing the additional cost.

13. If additional accommodation and meals are required due to changes in the schedule of flights/buses/trains/ships (cancellations/postponements/advancements of any of the scheduled times), the customer must bear the cost through additional payment.

14. In private/group tours, if you wish to have or have any meal outside the designated meal, payment must be made immediately by the traveler. Note that no mineral water or any soft drink is provided or served with the meal.

15. In the case of group tours, passengers who have paid the full fare in advance can choose bus seats for inter-country bus travel (subject to seat availability). In internal tours, seat rotation is implemented to ensure fairness and equal opportunities for all group members.

16. In private or group tours, all travelers must arrive at the terminal of the plane/bus/train/ship within the scheduled time. Also, they must arrive before the scheduled departure time for daily sightseeing tours. ‘CTB Tours’ is not responsible for non-arrival or missed transportation. If a traveler misses the bus/train/air/ship during a change of destination (from one city to another), they must reach the destination at their own expense to continue the tour.

17. Regularly check the day-to-day travel information on all tours and take necessary actions independently. It is not the guide’s responsibility to wake someone up or carry them to the vehicle, so travelers should take initiative to ensure a pleasant trip without inconveniencing others.

18. For any land package tour (included in private/group tours), each person is allowed one bag weighing a maximum of 30 kg and measuring 25-29 inches in length and 14-18 inches in width, and one hand-carry bag weighing a maximum of 7-10 kg with dimensions of 22 inches in length, 18 inches in width, and 10 inches in height. Extra charges apply for additional weight or oversized baggage, requiring a larger vehicle.

19. In different tour packages (Private Car, Jeep, Microbus, Bus, Tempo Traveler, Ferry, Ship, Dinner Cruise, Dhow Cruise, Marina Cruise), seat allocation is not under ‘CTB Tours’ control, therefore ‘CTB Tours’ shall not be liable for any defects in the provided services. However, immediate written notification through email/text message/WhatsApp allows ‘CTB Tours’ authorities to make efforts to resolve the issue.

20. In travel to hilly/difficult areas where lunch or dinner will be provided at any quality hotel, additional time may be required for management.

Office and other documents:

21. During office hours (10:00 am to 6:30 pm), except on public holidays, guests are required to collect all necessary travel documents at their own risk. ‘CTB Tours’ will not be liable if the office or office building is closed, resulting in the inability to deliver your passport or missing your flight/bus and canceling other related activities/tours.

22. Before leaving ‘CTB Tours’ office, carefully check that your name, date, time, and place are correct on the flight ticket. No objections will be entertained after the documents are handed over to you.

23. Before departure, please check, understand and confirm all services related to your tour (included and excluded) in writing (tour confirmation letter) to avoid any inconvenience during the trip. Oral assurances or instructions are not valid and no services outside the contract are possible.

24. CTB Tours does not endorse purchasing advance tickets or tour packages before acquiring the visa. If someone buys tickets or tour packages before obtaining the visa and subsequently fails to acquire it, the responsibility lies with the buyer. The guest will bear the penalties related to cancellation of travel tickets or tour packages.

25. Tickets and other documentation for certain tours, including group tours (bus, train, ship, Air tickets, various vouchers), will be provided either one day before the tour commences or on the date of travel.

26. Provide two active phone numbers (one personal and one emergency which are also available on WhatsApp) to CTB Tours authorities when booking or purchasing a package. You may need to communicate with CTB Tours authorities in case of emergencies or to confirm your travel. If the provided number is lost or the registration is canceled, promptly inform the CTB Tours authorities and provide an alternative contact number.

27. Behave courteously with service-oriented individuals such as guides, waiters, and drivers at hotels during private/group tours, and offer them respectful tips or gratuities at your own discretion. This will enhance your personal image, profile and the reputation of the country.

Prohibition and Legal Policy:

28. Consumption of intoxicants or alcohol (liquor) and engagement in any anti-social activities are strictly prohibited during the tour. If found guilty of such actions, the tour will be cancelled with the consensus of all tour members, authorities and penalties will occur.

29. During any package tour, especially group tours, participants must not carry small parcels or luggage for other group members, guides, drivers, or strangers. CTB Tours authorities will not bear responsibility for any illegal items found in carried luggage, nor for any ensuing legal complications. Individuals found in possession of illegal goods will be expelled from the group.

30. Tourist guides hold an honorary position. Some guides, alongside their educational roles, may work part-time or out of passion. Therefore, interact with them politely and refrain from any embarrassing, rude or impolite behavior.

31. Avoid behaviors that compromise your personality or ostracize you during a group tour. For instance, refrain from showing excessive interest in other group members, knocking on room doors, offering unwanted food, starting unwanted conversation, suggesting shopping trips, or taking photos/videos without permission.

32. Always adhere to the instructions of the group leader, follow the guide, and inform the group leader of your whereabouts. Ensure timely completion of sightseeing activities and adherence to tour schedules to avoid inconveniencing others. If someone fails to arrive within the specified time, the group will proceed without them and no objections will be entertained.

33. When meals or buffets are provided by hotel (whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner), it is not permissible for guest to collect or stockpile additional food items in personal packets or carrier bags. Please show respects to other guests and pay attention to their needs too.

34. In the event of alterations or cancellation to travel dates (tour plans) after confirming the package booking, penalties will occur, based on the package which must need to be paid by guest. Penalties or additional costs related to alteration of hotel booking plans, upgrading or downgrading hotel rooms or cancelling hotel bookings, will be borne by the guest. 

35. When making payments, carefully review the receipt and ensure the preservation of the original copy for future-reference or evidence. ‘CTB Tours’ retains full authority to modify or cancel packages at any given time.

36. Customers opting for budget packages are not entitled to raise any objections. Budget packages are structured with minimum standards for hotels, transportation, and other services, hence ensuring and maximizing cost efficiency across all aspects, be it hotel quality, location or mode of transportation.

37. Alteration or modification to air tickets, travel dates, tour plans or any segment of the tour (tour reduction/extension/date change) are not permitted during the tour. If feasible then any extra charges incurred due to tour-related changes require prior consent from ‘CTB Tours’ authorities and cost will be borne by the guest. Failing of which ‘CTB Tours’ disclaims responsibility for any ensuing complications.

38. Prior to booking a package, it is imperative to thoroughly comprehend both the inclusions and exclusions of the package, meticulously reading through the printed terms and conditions. Any claims or objections post-booking will not be entertained.

39. Following the purchase/booking of a tour package, during peak seasons (Eid, Puja, Christmas, New Year, Special Holidays), or instances of a surge in the dollar rate may impact on the increased fares for hotels, flights, buses, trains and ships due to various factors, customers will be subject to additional charges.

40. Changes to travel dates or tour plans cannot be facilitated via telephone/mobile. In such instances, customers must either visit the office directly or communicate in writing via email or text message or WhatsApp.

41. All tours (international) include airport pick-up and drop-off at specific times. For flights arriving between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM due to delays or changes, additional charges for late-night receptions will occur which must be borne by guest. Alternatively guest may choose to wait until the scheduled time at the airport. Standard Airport Receive or Drop Time will be applicable in such scenarios.

42. For package tours to various European countries, Maldives, Sri Lanka, and Umrah packages, the air ticket and package price must be paid in full upfront, which is non-refundable.

43. Settlement of all dues payable to the bank through checks (clearance) is required 10-21 days prior to the commencement of the travel period (bank working days).

44. Payment for travel package booking must be settled in full or 75% of the package value within 3 to 7 days of booking, with the remaining balance to be paid before the planned tour date. Immediate full payment is required for near-term travel dates. Failure to pay outstanding dues may result in price increases (for purchased packages, hotels, tickets, etc.) or the cancellation of all services.

45. Tickets and hotel/tour vouchers will be issued within 72 hours prior to travel, following the full payment of the contract to confirm the travel arrangements.

46. The authority shall not be liable in the event of a reduction/change/cancellation/extra night stay of the tour due to any natural calamity, political disturbance, or mechanical fault of the transport. All expenses incurred shall be borne by the customer.

47. If there is a change in the number of travelers after the package price is determined, the package price may increase accordingly.

48. If any traveler is found with illegal goods during the scheduled package tour, resulting in police involvement, the tour for that individual will be immediately canceled. CTB Tours will not assume any responsibility and the entire amount paid against the package will not be refunded.

49. In hilly areas, air-conditioned (AC) vehicles may not or will not be operational.

50. Any travel-related issues must be promptly reported to the local agent of CTB Tours or directly to the authorities of CTB Tours. Otherwise, no complaints will be entertained.

51. For online bookings or purchases, date changes, cancellations, or refunds are not possible for hotel or tour packages.

52. Room sharing (Staying) without a valid family identity is not permitted.

53. Select the services included in your package and carefully choose your hotel. Familiarize yourself with the hotel’s quality or ratings beforehand by visiting their website. No complaints will be entertained after the booking or during your stay at the hotel.

Accommodation Related Information:

54. Maintain a cheerful, respectful and mutual understanding with unfamiliar roommates in twin or triple sharing rooms during group tours. Keep valuable items (both domestic and foreign currency, jewelry, mobile phones, cameras, laptops, etc.) under your own supervision. Any theft or loss of belongings will not be the responsibility of CTB Tours. To mitigate or avoid unpleasant situations or risks, consider using a single room at additional costs.

55. Twin sharing rooms are typically utilized for group tours. In cases where a customer is traveling alone or in odd-numbered groups, room allocation will be subject to certain conditions. These conditions are as follows:

(a) If traveling alone, CTB Tours will attempt to pair you with a same-gender roommate; however, if unsuccessful, you will be charged for a single room.

(b) In instances where there are three single customers (of the same gender), triple sharing rooms will be allocated. Since triple sharing rooms have one mattress bed, the allocation of beds will be determined through arbitration or lottery among the occupants. Otherwise, two occupants will be assigned to twin sharing rooms, and the remaining individual will have the option to book a single room for additional fares. All decisions, including lottery selections, will be made by CTB Tours.

56. CTB Tours does not assume responsibility for the quality, service or location of hotels. Please conduct thorough research on the preferred hotel and its location on the website at your own discretion.

57. International hotel check-in typically begins at 3/4 PM, with check-out at 11:00 AM. If you arrive early in the morning or depart in the morning, you may wait in the hotel lobby until the designated check-in time (which is usually at 12:00 PM or 4:00 PM). Similarly, if your return transportation is scheduled for the afternoon, evening, or night, ensure that check-out is completed by 11:00 AM. In such cases, you may wait in the hotel lobby or leave your luggage and explore outside.

58. Complimentary breakfast is usually provided by the hotel between 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM. CTB Tours will not be held accountable for missed breakfast in the event of early departure from the hotel due to bus/train/ship/air travel for any tour.

59. In hotel rooms, an extra mattress is often provided for triple sharing arrangements, which may reduce the available space. CTB Tours will not be held accountable for any inconvenience being caused for such events. If desired, you may opt for a larger room or a family suite for additional costs and subject to negotiation.

60. In many cases, hotel rooms may have reduced space. CTB Tours is not responsible for such issues or inconvenience.

61. Bathroom and room amenities are typically provided free of charge in hotel rooms. However, there may be exceptions. CTB Tours will not be held responsible if these items are not provided by the hotel.

62. When leaving the hotel, do not solely rely on hotel staff to transport luggage to and from the vehicle, as this is done at guest’s own risk. Similarly, when using bus/train/ship transportation, guests should handle luggage on their own to avoid any inconvenience. CTB Tours will not be liable for any carelessness on guest’s part, and it is essential to take every precaution to prevent any inconvenience to other tour customers.

63. If you wish to opt for a single room in the hotel (for private/group tours) and desire upgrades or changes in location, there will be an increase in the package price. In such cases, cancellation charges for pre-booked hotels will be applicable.

64. Should you require various amenities in the hotel room (such as bathroom kits, minibar/fridge, kettle, oven, hair dryer, TV, safety box, room heater), please notify the hotel reception or the hotel management and obtain detailed information. Hotel services are guaranteed by the hotel authorities. If, for any reason, the hotel authorities fail to provide these facilities, CTB Tours will not be held responsible.

65. A lead time of 16 to 72 hours will be applicable for residential hotel reservations. In the event of the specified hotel not being available, CTB Tours reserves the right to substitute the residential hotel with an equivalent accommodation, and any additional costs incurred in changing to the equivalent hotel shall be borne by the esteemed customer.

66. For private or group tours, CTB Tours typically provides standard rooms (regular category) in hotels, which may vary in size from hotel to hotel. CTB Tours is not accountable for such variations. Depending on negotiations, premium suites, family suites, super deluxe, etc., category rooms can be provided for an additional cost.

67. Rooms are allocated by hotel/ferry/ship authorities based on availability and number. Confirming details of these rooms (such as room number, floor number, room view) from Bangladesh is not feasible, and requests from esteemed customers in these regards cannot be accommodated.

68. The price for hotel reservations made online is non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions:

69. To travel to any international destination, your passport must have a minimum validity of 06 months from your planned date of return.

70. Minimum Two Person must be required to confirm or purchase tour packages.

71. The passenger’s names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. CTB Tours will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking.

72. Please note that once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email as well as an SMS on your registered mobile number confirming your booking.

73. Booking rates are subject to change without prior notice due to various reasons which includes but not limited to natural disaster, political disturbances or economical instability.

74. Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary, sightseeing or tour activity if you so desire. The final payment will be calculated as per the tour activities or sightseeing reflected on the itinerary which will be outlined in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you.

75. Hotel or Cruise Bed types are subject to availability in cases where options are given. For an example- Double or Twin Bed or 1 Queen-size bed + 1 Single Sofa Bed or 1 Queen-size bed (or Similar).

76. Some hotels may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotels’ policy.

77. In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. CTB Tours shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trading partners or vendors.

78. If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e- mail, CTB Tours reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy.

79. The final payment will be calculated as per the tour activities or sightseeing reflected on the website which will be outlined in the confirmatory email sent to you.

80. Please note that Day at Leisure or Free Day essentially implies that no sightseeing or other tour activities have been included for that day.

81. The package price does not include special dinners or mandatory charges at the time levied by the hotels during New Year and Christmas or any special occasions.

82. Kindly be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. Most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.

83. For any paid activity which is non-operational due to any unforeseen reason, we will process a refund & same should reach the guest within 30 days of processing the refund.

84. The activity changes are subject to availability and operational days, the itinerary might change due to the same on the ground.

85. Cruise Gratuity & tourism taxes will be required to be paid directly unless mentioned or informed in the itinerary.

86. If your flights involve a combination of different airlines, you may have to collect your luggage on arrival at the connecting hub and register it again while checking-in for the onward journey to your destination.

87. CTB Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels or flights, cancellation or re-routing of flights, closure of or entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While “CTB Tours” authority will do their best to make suitable alternative arrangements, “CTB Tours” will not be held liable for any refunds or compensation claims arising due of these factors which are beyond anyone’s control.

88. CTB Tours officials or representatives will NEVER ask you for your personal information i.e. your credit or debit card details, passwords, PIN, CVV, OTP etc. Please do not share these details with anyone over the phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email or any other source.
